The location of the hotel is amazing, with the ski slopes right at your doorstep. You can easily ski to and from the hotel without any hassle. the ski lockers provided are also a great advantage, keeping the room clutter, free.
The check, in process needs improvement, as some guests experienced difficulties with receptionless check, in and the lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

The location at this hotel was unbeatable! We loved being able to ski right out the door and back in at the end of the day. The ski lockers included in the room were also really convenient and helped keep our space organized. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
While we loved the location and amenities, we were disappointed to find out that we had to pay extra for towels and linen. It would have been nice if this was included in the price.

The location of the apartments was amazing! You could ski right to the doorstep and the ski lockers that came included with the room were a space saver. the apartments were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic for a meal after a long day on the slopes.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and there were no basic toiletries provided in the room. the extra charge for towels was an unexpected expense.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is right next to the slopes. We were able to ski to and from the hotel's door, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel also provides free ski lockers, saving us space in our room for other things. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great experience. Additionally, the rooms were a decent size and clean, providing comfortable accommodation for our group. We recommend getting a bigger room than the suggested occupancy, as it allowed us to have a comfortable stay with enough space for everyone. the hotel's cleanliness, excellent facilities, convenient location near the ski slopes, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
